We are taking part in the Care Quality Commission (CQC) National Maternity Survey 2023, surveying patients across our maternity pathway during January, February and March 2023. The survey also includes people under the care of our maternity services aged 16 and 17.

This is part of the CQC’s national patient survey programme to improve experiences of maternity care.

Your feedback matters and is important to us as it helps us to shape our services and to make improvements.

Taking part in the maternity survey is voluntary and answers are kept confidential.
