NHS Friends and Family Test – Tell us what you think

What is the Friends and Family Test?

The Friends & Family Test (FFT) is about giving patients the opportunity to provide quick feedback on their care and treatment experience. It’s in use across most local NHS healthcare services.

You can tell us what is going well and what can be improved so that people who make decisions about local healthcare can take your views into account. It doesn’t take long and you don’t need to give your details.

The FFT is available to all patients, so next time you visit the hospital, look for details to tell us what you think in the area you are in, or ask a member of staff for more information.

How can I leave my feedback?

You can fill in a feedback card in the department that you attend, use an iPad on our wards or you can click on one of the links below to leave your feedback online.

To leave your feedback on a service click on one of the links below:

How we use your feedback

Your feedback is really important to us and we use it as a tool to measure patient satisfaction and our performance. Any comments we receive can help us to improve our services for our patients, families and visitors.
