How we did

NHS Friends and Family Test Feedback

We value your feedback as it helps us to improve our services. The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a national scheme enabling patients, who use our services, to tell us and other patients what they think about the quality of care they receive.

FFT data for our Trust (including current and historic FFT results) can be found on this page: https://www.england.nhs.uk/fft/friends-and-family-test-data/

How can I leave my Friends and Family Test feedback?

We have a number of options available for you to complete the Friends and Family Test question:

Leave your feedback

You can also leave feedback using:

  • An iPad (available from a member of staff on wards and in some other areas)
  • FFT feedback cards and post boxes

You will be given the opportunity to answer the following Friends and Family Test questions:

What happens to the results?

We use your feedback to help us to identify good practice, learn make changes and improvements to our services and the quality of care we provide. Results are shared and used within the Trust and published on the NHS Friends and Family website www.nhs.uk/friendsandfamily.

Your feedback is anonymous and will not impact on any future hospital visits with us, but it will provide valuable information to help us to improve our services where appropriate and to recognise and share positive feedback with our staff members.
