People First Recognition Awards 2025 - The Shortlist

Our People First Recognition Awards reflect the importance and value of our people, and allow us to recognise, celebrate and reward colleagues across the Trust for making a real difference to others.

Now in its second year, the awards recognise colleagues’ outstanding achievements, innovative practices, inclusivity, one team approach and acts of kindness and compassion that go above and beyond.

For this year’s awards, we received a record 1,223 nominations! Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate their colleagues and well done to everyone nominated. 

Following the internal judging process in September, we are now delighted to share further details of this year's shortlist in each of our 12 award categories, plus those shortlisted for our new Chief Executive's Award.
