Agnieszka Leja, Speciality PA – Radiology
Aga consistently exceeds expectations supporting radiology consultants with a proactive and independent approach. She anticipates needs and always delivers outstanding results. Her strong technical knowledge supports timely, high-quality patient care and she handles all tasks with professionalism and clear communication. She is an invaluable colleague whose dedication, initiative, and competence make a tangible difference.
Amy Morley, Neonatal Critical Care Co-ordinator
Amy is an essential part of the neonatal service. During the Maternity and Neonatal redesign programme, she ensured nursing and staff voices were heard, supported colleagues and kept families central to decisions. Passionate and collaborative, Amy advocates for all staff and works well with various teams. She is thoughtful, reliable, inspiring and her positive attitude and dedication greatly contributed to the success of the MNR programme.
Eve Thornton, Speciality PA and Team Leader
Eve quickly became essential to the Endocrine Surgery service, stepping up to take on demanding roles within 18 months of joining the team. She has mastered challenging tasks, improved patient flow, and reduced waiting times. Her positive attitude, support for colleagues, and patient-focused approach make her a valued team member. She is the backbone behind the smooth running of this highly specialised surgical service.
