Annual Public Meeting 2026

We held our 2026 Annual Public Meeting (APM) on Wednesday 30 September at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham.

The full meeting was also livestreamed so people could attend online.

The agenda included:

• An update on the progress we made in 2025/26 and how we are responding to the actions set out in the Independent Maternity Review, published in June 2026.
• An update on the new Learning and Improvement Board, which will offer independent scrutiny and challenge to support the delivery of improvements and ensure a sustained focus on safety, quality and learning across maternity services.
