If you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) – a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of smell or taste (anosmia) – the advice is to stay at home for 10 days. All members of this household should remain at home for 14 days.

If you think you have symptoms, please do not attend your hospital appointment until you are advised it is safe to do so. Please contact us to rearrange your appointment, or to re-organise treatment and tests.

Clinical Nurse Specialists

The nurse specialists are here to support you whether you are an inpatient, at home or in clinic.

Their role is to ensure that you receive the highest level of nursing care. This includes providing specific advice and education tailored to meet your needs. We can provide education for hospital staff, family, partners, carers, GPs, colleges, work where ever it will be of benefit to you.

If you feel that you need more education on a specific area of CF we are able to make time to teach you individually.

They are here to support you through difficult decisions, or just to lend a listening ear.
