Since its initial trial with patients at Queen’s Medical Centre in summer 2022, N-ICE Cream® has gone on to receive recognition with five prestigious external awards within just 15-months.

This was followed by double success with two wins at the prestigious Business Awards UK Food Industry Awards in 2024

The impact of this ground-breaking product has now been recognised beyond the NHS by the NFU (National Farmers Union), with an article about how manufacturing N-ICE Cream® has supported farming diversification. Professor Sahota has presented on N-ICE Cream® at the Care Home national forum and submitted an Impact case study to the NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research).
Furthermore, the story behind N-ICE Cream® been covered widely in the media, including by BBC radio, Farming World, on BBC East Midlands Today and ITV Central News and in industry trade magazine The Dairy Reporter.
