Specialist Neuro & TBI Rehabilitation
The specialist neurological outpatient service provides rehabilitation to patients with neurologically diagnosed conditions in the Nottinghamshire area.
We are a specialist interdisciplinary team providing case management, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
The service consists the Neuro Rehabilitation Outpatient team & the TBI Service.
We both aim to
- Provide high quality therapy which is responsive to individuals’ needs
- Maximise potential by encouraging active involvement in rehabilitation both when with us and at home
- Provide individualized evidence- based treatment with jointly agreed goals and a clear rehabilitation plan.
Our treatment is provided in the location that best meets the patients’ needs. This could be in an outpatient clinic setting, at home, in the community or in the workplace.
