Complaints, Concerns and Feedback
For patients who have a complaint or concern regarding the service they have received from the Cytogenetics Department please follow the Trust procedure via the link below to report your complaint. You can also share any positive feedback via the link below.
Complaints and concerns from clinical users of the service should be brought to the attention of the Service Manager/Quality Manager/Section Head either by telephone or in writing as soon as possible (see contact details below). The complaint/concern from a clinical user will be recorded, investigated and reported back to the complainant as soon as practicable. The procedure defined in the Trust Management of Complaints and Feedback Procedure will be followed where applicable. Where the complaint is of a more serious nature it will be recorded on the Trust incident reporting system (Datix).
