Additional Services and Charges
Day Delegate Rate (min 15 delegates) @ £35 per person to include:
- 3 servings of tea/coffee (2 with biscuits)
- Buffet lunch (hot & cold options available)
- Jugs of water & glasses
Refreshments
Refreshments can be pre-booked at a cost of £2.00 per cup. Biscuits are also available with tea/coffee at £2.50 per serving. Alternatively coin operated machines are available in both foyer areas.
Evening and weekend meetings
There will be an additional charge of £45 per hour for use of the centre on a weekend.
Filtered water machines are available free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
VAT will be charged at the standard rate on the total bill where appropriate.
Loss or damage
We don’t accept any responsibility or liability for damage or loss of goods, articles or property brought into or left at the Centre.
Other electrical equipment
Please don’t use any electrical equipment in the rooms unless it’s been approved by our team and/or PAT tested.
Logistics
When your event is over, please leave your room as you found it, with the furniture in its original arrangement, otherwise we may have to make a charge for our logistics team to rearrange it.
Centre opening hours
The Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. However, please contact us if you wish to enquire about weekend events.
Cancellation charges
If you cancel your booking more than four weeks in advance there is no charge. If you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance or do not arrive on the day, a cancellation charge will be applicable:

If for any reason the room you’ve booked can’t be used, we reserve the right to provide an alternative.
