24 Hours in A&E, filmed in Nottingham's Queen’s Medical Centre (QMC) for the last four years at, has been shortlisted in the TV Choice awards for the second time.
Channel 4’s 24 hours in A&E has been shortlisted in the best factual show category in the TV Choice awards; alongside Clarkson’s Farm, Countryfile and Educating Yorkshire.
The show has also been nominated for the best factual series in the Royal Television Society North West Awards, in the same category is BBC’s Ambulance and Channel 4’s Merseyside Detectives.
The documentary series, produced by The Garden (part of ITV Studios) for Channel 4, follows staff and patients in one of the busiest A&E departments in the country, at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH). A place where stories of life, love and loss unfold every single day.
Jack Adlam, Director of Communications and Engagement at NUH said: “We are proud to have been the home of 24 Hours in A&E for the last four years and we are delighted that the series has been nominated for both a TV Choice Award and a Royal Televison Society Award!

A total of three series have been shown so far, with more episodes still to be broadcast.

To vote visit the TV Choice Awards website, the voting closes on 14 October and the ceremony is taking place next February. The Royal Society North West Awards ceremony is taking place this November, with voting done by industry experts.
