Chief Operating Officer opens Medstrom factory where 3,000 new beds and mattresses are being made for NUH

NUH staff recently visited local manufacturer Medstom for a tour of factory and training facilities. Medstrom are manufacturing around 3,000 new, hi-tech beds and mattresses which will be delivered to NUH this summer. NUH staff training in the new products is already taking place.

Respiratory Service reopens at the Queen’s Medical Centre following significant ward refurbishment

Following significant investment to refurbish the ward facilities, creating a much-improved environment for patient care, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has reopened its Advanced Respiratory Care Unit (ARCU) at the Queens Medical Centre (Ward D55).
