Memory Tree unveiled at Hayward House to remember loved ones

A Memory Tree has been unveiled at Hayward House palliative care centre at City Hospital.
The wall-mounted tree – created by Nottingham Hospitals Charity – is made up of metal leaves which can be engraved and dedicated to loved ones or to the NHS staff who cared for them.

A little boy who was given his mum’s kidney in a life-saving operation at a Nottingham hospital will celebrate his 5th birthday on World Kidney Day.
William switched on the Christmas lights at Queen’s Medical Centre in December 2021 before heading home to his own Christmas tree and his letter to Santa.
