How to find us and best ways to travel

Find us

City Hospital:  Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm

  • Intravenous Systemic Anti-Cancer treatments are administered on Chemotherapy Daycase, South Corridor, 1st Floor. 
  • Immunotherapy only is treated at Lister 1, North Corridor or Chemotherapy Day Case.
  • If you are having treatment with tablets only then your care will be arranged in Oncology Outpatients, Ground Floor, South Corridor and dispensed by Trust Pharmacy. 

You will be informed in your appointment letter of the unit you will be treated on.

 King’s Mill Hospital: Provides treatment on Wednesday and Thursday

Clinic 9 at KMH is located downstairs from clinic 3.Lifts are available to the area on level –1.

If you are planning to travel by car, the closest car park is in main entry with an option to use overspill car park at the other side of the road as you drive into KMH.

 

At present, we are not allowing visitors to the chemotherapy suite due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please speak to the nurse in charge if there are extenuating circumstances. You must also wear a mask when entering our hospital.

Tea/Coffee making on the Chemotherapy Unit

Due to Covid-19, at Nottingham City Hospital we are unable to allow visitors use our kitchen to make drinks. The closest shop is located on the ground floor, towards the north corridor.

At King’s Mill Hospital there are usually volunteers on the unit to make drinks for the patients.
