Train travel

Commuting by train can be convenient and reliable if you live in a different city. The benefits include a less stressful commute than driving, avoidance of congestion, and potential savings in petrol and car maintenance expenses.

The Nottingham city Railway Station is conveniently located next to a tram stop, allowing commuters easy access to the QMC as well as City (via transfer to Medilink at Wilkinson Street stop) and Ropewalk (short walk from Market Square stop). It is also a short walk to the Victoria Centre bus stops, from where you can catch a bus to City Campus every 7-10 minutes.

To see if this is a suitable option for you take a look at the rail routes across the EMR network, and download the network map as a PDF
