We are very proud of our work and keen to give potential new team members a flavour of life at NUH.
Throughout the year we will hold a variety of events at our hospitals, in the community and at recruitment events to give a glimpse of life at NUH and the remarkable people that make it a great place to work.
Upcoming recruitment events
Acute Medicine Open House Event: 26 July
Friday 26 July
Adult Medicine Receiving Unit (AMRU), QMC
If you like variety in your role, or you're not quite sure what area you'd like to specialise in, a career in Acute Medicine could be for you. Acute Medicine assesses patients with numerous conditions, including, but not limited to:
- Acute Medicine
- Diabetes and Immunology
Find your career here. Drop-in to our relaxed and informal Open House Event to find out more about the opportunities available in Acute Medicine, in a variety of clinical roles, at all levels of experience. Meet the team, find out more, and you could even be interviewed (and be made an offer) on the day, if you'd like. No booking is necessary - just turn up at a time that suits you.
Our Open House Event will be held in the Acute Medicine Receiving Unit (AMRU) on B Floor at Queen's Medical Centre. Head for Main Reception, and look out for the signposts (or ask our friendly Reception staff for directions).
Join Team NUH as a staff nurse - open for general applications until 29 July
On Saturday 20 July, we spent the day at Nursing Times Careers Live, chatting to training, newly-qualified and registered nurses and midwives about the opportunities available as part of Team NUH. To help you into the right role for you here at NUH, we're welcoming applications to staff nurses positions across the Trust, through a single application. Talk to us about your preferences and areas of interest, and we'll work with you to find the right role for you here.
