Leaving online feedback
If you, a friend or a family member have recently visited Nottingham University Hospitals, please let us know how we did.
We need to know where we do well and where we fall short so we can continually improve and by sharing your experience online you can help shape our services.
Leaving feedback online about NUH is quick, easy and informal. Your posts will be public so your story will be shared with thousands of people.
The two main sites that you can use to leave feedback are Care Opinion and NHS Choices. If you share your experience of our hospitals on these sites we will respond within a few days.

NHS Choices is the feedback website of the NHS, helping patients and their families and friends to make informed choices about healthcare.
To see feedback others have left on NHS Choices about NUH and leave your own feedback, use the links below.
Care Opinion (previously Patient Opinion) is the UK's independent, non-profit feedback platform for health and social care.
Healthwatch is an independent organisation making sure your views on health and social care services in Nottingham are heard. We are not able to reply on the Healthwatch site to any feedback given there.
Nominate a nurse or midwife for a DAISY award
NUH was the first acute trust in the UK to be supported by the DAISY Foundation - an international programme set up to recognise the contribution of nurses and midwives the world over. Each month a winner is chosen at City Hospital and at Queen’s Medical Centre.
The awards recognise NUH’s nursing and midwifery colleagues on a regular basis and gives staff, patients and relatives an opportunity to show their gratitude and appreciation.
You can nominate one of our nurses for a DAISY Award here.
