If you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) – a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of smell or taste (anosmia) – the advice is to stay at home for 10 days. All members of this household should remain at home for 14 days.

If you think you have symptoms, please do not attend your hospital appointment until you are advised it is safe to do so. Please contact us to rearrange your appointment, or to re-organise treatment and tests.

COVID-19 and Sexual Health Service

Welcome to the Nottingham Sexual Health and HIV Service. We provide a free and confidential service.


Access to our clinics is currently via telephone appointment in the first instance only. It is not possible to ‘walk in’.

If you feel you need advice or treatment, call us on 01159 627 627 (between 08:30 – 19:00, Monday – Friday and 09:30 - 14:00 Saturday). You will be offered a telephone consultation, and if following this we need to see you in person we will offer an appointment at the City Campus clinic or Victoria Health Centre.

If you are asked to attend the service please wear a face mask, attend alone and do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID

If you have a need that is not urgent, please consider whether this can wait until the coronavirus outbreak is over.
