Tell us your views on health data
Health data is information that is routinely collected in the course of providing your treatment and care in the NHS or social care. It is used to provide care, and sometimes also for research to improve care for others.
However, there are ways of controlling how health data is used - and this study is looking at the different options, based on your feedback.
Researchers based at the University of Cambridge would like to know your views on how your data could be used.
To take part, all you need to do is to visit the study website and complete the online questionnaire. All you should be aged 16 years or older and be a UK resident. Then click the "Nottingham University Hospitals" option in the section which asks you where you heard about the study.
