Work experience
With effect from Monday, 17 October 2011 all centrally arranged work experience placements for Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) will be dealt with by the Nottinghamshire Health and Social Care Community Workforce Team (NHSCCWT).
Requests will be filtered by the NHSCCWT and suitable NUH departments will be approached with a view to arranging a placement. If appropriate, applicants will be redirected to the volunteers’ manager, for example where the applicant is over 18 and requires work experience over a longer period of time and where a specified number of hours per week rather than a block of time would better suit personal circumstances.
