

Eligible employees have the option of taking Ordinary Paternity Leave (2 weeks leave to be taken within 56 days of the child’s birth or placement of a child) and Additional Paternity leave (maximum of 26 weeks) to be taken between 20 weeks and one year after the child’s birth or placement.
