Helping smokers to quit

Help for smokers who wish to quit is widely available and the Trust will support any staff or patients who want to stop smoking.

  • The national NHS Smoking Helpline is available from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week, on 0800 1690169. More information is available at www.gosmokefree.co.uk
