There are public transport links from Nottingham Train Station or taxis are available. The City Hospital campus is around 3.5 miles from the station.

Nottingham Railway Station is 2.5 miles (4 kilometres) from the hospital and has good parking and public transport links. Beeston Railway station is 2.7 miles (4.4 kilometres) away.
