Hospital Transport - City Hospital Campus

Hospital Transport is only provided for people with a medical need which stops them using private or public transport.

If you think you meet the eligibility criteria you will need to contact the Transport Booking Office on 0115 840 5898 Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 (9am to 4pm).

Should you need to cancel transport at short notice, please contact the East Midlands Ambulance Service directly by calling any of the following numbers

City Hospital Campus - 0115 969 1169 extension number 55517 or 56610 from 08:30 to 18:00hrs (8:30am to 6pm)
or 0116 286 9390 outside of the above hours.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses can be obtained from Hospital Administration. Proof of DHSS benefit and Outpatients appointment will be required.
