

Visitors are free to come between: 10:00am and 8:00pm (except mealtimes)
All visitors must sign in and out at front desk to comply with fire regulations.
There may be times, for example during treatment, when it is not appropriate for visitors.
Breakfast 8am - 10am
Lunch 12 - 12.30pm
Supper 5 - 5.30pm
Meals may arrive slightly earlier than these times but staff will keep you informed. Patients are encouraged to make their own way to the dining room if they are able
There is a payphone in the reception area for you to make calls on. This can be moved around the unit for patients to use if needed.

You may use you mobile phones in your rooms but not in dining areas or treatment rooms.
Any electrical equipment brought into Linden Lodge Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit must be checked by hospital electricians before use. This includes hairdryers, phone chargers, electric wheelchair chargers, televisions etc. Ask reception staff to help you with this.
The nearest car park for visitors is Purple Car Park. This is opposite Linden Lodge Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit. This is pay and display.
From March 2006 this hospital become a non-smoking site.
This applies to all patients, visitors and staff. If you have any questions about this please ask Dr Haboubi or Dr Antoun, Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine. Please ask a member of staff if you wish to receive support to give up smoking.
No drugs or alcohol can be consumed at Linden Lodge Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit.
In certain circumstances you may be allowed to drink alcohol off the unit, but on condition that it has been approved by the consultant & does not affect your rehabilitation. Please speak to Dr Haboubi or Dr Antoun, Consultants, if you have any questions.
If you would like to contact a chaplain or other religious representative please ask reception staff.
A hairdresser visits the unit when needed. If you would like to see the hairdressers please ask reception staff to arrange this for you.
If you use a chiropodist and would like them to visit you whilst you are here, please feel free to contact them. If you require an appointment with either an optician or dentist, please feel free to contact your regular provider. In an emergency, where rehabilitation is impeded, it may be possible to arrange this through the hospital. Let staff know so we are aware.
