Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering operate from 9 locations across the two campuses. If you have an appointment with Bone Densitometry, Nuclear Medicine, the Evoked Potentials Clinic, Clinical Neurophysiology, Radiotherapy Physics or Medical Photography please see individual service websites for information on where to go.
The Head of Department is based in Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering on the City Campus on the second floor of the Radiology Building near junction W1 of the West Corridor. There are stairs signposted to the right of X-ray Reception or there is lift access via the X-ray Department.
Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering are based on A floor in the
Medical School at QMC
On entering the Main Entrance at QMC turn right past the WRVS
Cafeteria and follow the blue signs for the Medical School. Turn
left just before Clinical Neurophysiology. Follow the corridor round and look
for the blue signs for the Medical Physics Department. Immediately
after being directed right off the main corridor take the stairs
down to 'A' Floor. The Medical Physics Department is at the bottom
of the stairs.
