Contact us about your appointment
If you can't come to a clinic (outpatient) appointment at Nottingham University Hospitals QMC campus, City Hospital campus or Ropewalk House for any reason please phone the clinic number on your appointment card between 08:30 and 16:30. Have your appointment letter or card to hand as you will be asked for your hospital number.

Please check your appointment letter and if your appointment is for the new Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre you will need to contact them directly on 0115 970 5800

Admissions
If you are expected to admit yourself to one of our hospitals but are unable to attend, please try and notify the ward or clinic as soon as you can. There should be a contact number on your admissions letter. If you do not have your admissions letter please call the hospital main switch board number and ask to be put through to the relevant ward.
