

There are various different ways you can get involved in the things we do at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. Becoming a member of the Trust enables you to have a say in the way our Trust is run or if you can spare a couple of hours a week why not become a volunteer.
You can use our Feedback form to send us your comments at anytime or recognise the work one of our staff has done in our annual staff awards programme. Alternatively you could drop in to a public consultations sessions or even fundraise for our charity.
However you get involved with our Trust, your thoughts, ideas, efforts and opinions are what shape our future.
Recruitment to membership of the quality standard for hip fracture topic expert group (TEG) has been extended and we are seeking applications for patient/lay members. What are NICE quality standards?
NICE quality standards are a set of specific, concise statements that act as markers of high-quality, clinical and cost-effective patient care, covering the treatment and prevention of different diseases and conditions.
Derived from the best available evidence, such as NICE guidance and other evidence sources accredited by NHS Evidence, they are developed independently by NICE, in collaboration with the NHS and social care professionals, their partners and service users, and address three dimensions of quality: clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient experience.
