Inter Provider Transfers' (Tertiary Referrals)

Welcome to the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Inter Provider Transfer portal.

Referrals sent to the Trust from other providers (including clinical assessment services) must be sent within 48 hours of decision to refer. Referring Trusts / clinical assessment services are encouraged to send clinical details along with the mandatory Inter Provider Transfers Minimum Data Set.

Upon receipt we will process the referral within 48 hours. If any information is missing regarding the data it will be returned back to the sender to complete appropriately.
