Could you help our hospital charity?

Could you help our hospital charity?

There are two events coming up which will raise money for our Nottingham Hospitals Charity. Could you take part?

Robin Hood Way in a Day

The Robin Hood Way has been divided into 18 sections of varying length, from 2.8 to 15.5 miles and NUH Charity needs a team of people to walk each section.

The event is being held on Sunday 9 September in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis campaign and patients, staff and members of the public are invited to take part.

To find out more contact Caroline Kew in the Charity office on 0115 9691169 ext 55935 or email caroline.kew@nuh.nhs.uk.

Sponsored skydive

The tandem freefall jump is being held on Sunday 28 October at Langar Airfield, Nottingham.

To take part people are asked to raise £395 including a £70 registration fee which must be paid by Sunday 19 August to guarantee a place on the day. The charity will receive an average donation of £140. In addition, every extra pound that is raised over the minimum amount goes straight to the charity.

Full training will be given, so you don't need any previous experience. All we ask is that you raise a minimum amount of sponsorship money - then you can jump for free.

To get involved, call the charity on 0115 962 7905, or email charity@nuh.nhs.uk.
