The Quality Account 2010/11 is for patients, carers, the public and other organisations working in health and social care. It looks at the performance of NUH, which covers the Queen’s Medical Centre, City Hospital and Ropewalk House, with particular focus on:

Earlier this year, NUH asked people what they
wanted to see in the Quality Account. More than 230 people responded
to a survey, saying they wanted to know more about:
The feedback received has helped to shape the
report – the second to be published by the Trust.
